The Comment Challenge

The Comments Challenge changed my view of the Blog World. I flow more freely now in my comments and I discovered many fantastic new blogs.  Also, very heartening were the comments popping onto my blog.
Thank you too all the Bloggers and everyone participating!
In addition to illustrating Vinnie and the Marching Bugs, I am writing a middle grade book about a 10 year old girl who moves to Africa with her family. I moved around a lot as kid and it was hard.  I also learned to be flexible, to enjoy many different cultures and to appreciate adventure, newness and uncertainty. I also have a few picture books I am working on.
Just stopped into Barnes and Noble at the Grove and they have a huge new section for Middle Grade Readers!!!
Anyone know agencies or agents seeking multi-cultural work or work that is international in flavor?

  4. Hi...I have the same reaction to the comment challenge...it's been so nice to visit and connect with other kid lit authors and illustrators. Lee and Low is a well-known publishing company that focuses on multicultural stories.
